FOLEY -- A California woman is jailed in Benton County this weekend after police say she used someone else's driver's license while she tried to cash a check that wasn't hers.
19-year-old Cara Marie Welsh-Dickerson was arrested at Cub Foods East in St. Cloud Friday evening and is being held in Foley until her first court appearance.
Police say she had been using a Georgia driver's license that belonged to someone else.
Welsh-Dickerson faces charges of obstructing legal process, giving a false name to police, check forgery and offering a forged check.
