Community meeting scheduled as sex offender moves-in

ST. CLOUD -- The St. Cloud police department will be holding a meeting next Wednesday to inform the community of a level three sex offender, who is moving into town. 

Twenty-seven year old Jerome Webb lists his address as the 1100 block of 10th Street Southeast. 

The meeting will be held at City Hall on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. It will also be broadcast live on Cable Channel 19. 

According to information from police Webb, and an accomplice, raped a woman who they knew. He also has a history of sexual battery.
