MINNEAPOLIS -- The Minnesota Twins return home to open a four-game series with the Boston Red Sox tonight.
Boston leads the AL East at 23-14. And despite losing two of three games at Chicago, the Twins remain atop the AL Central at 17-16 -- one game ahead of the White Sox.
Righthander Boof Bonser (BAHN'-zur) starts tonight for Minnesota. He's 2-4. The Red Sox will start lefthander Jon Lester, who's 2-2. First pitch is at 7:10 at the Metrodome.
After the Red Sox series, the Twins host Toronto for three games.
