Lynx lose, fall to .500
by The Associated Press

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Another loss for the Lynx.

Candice Dupree scored 26 points as the Sky handed Minnesota its second straight loss, 73-71 in Minneapolis. The Lynx have fallen to an even 8-and-8 and have lost seven of their last nine games.

Jia Perkins added 20 points for the Sky and made a crucial three-pointer with less than two minutes to play.

Rookie Candice Wiggins led Minnesota with 17 points. All-Star Seimone (sih-MOHN') Augustus returned to the lineup after missing a game with a toe injury. She scored 10 points but missed a shot that would have tied the game as time expired.
